   - Once your order is placed, our team will process it within 1-2 business days within the Netherlands, and 2-3 business days for orders in Belgium & Germany. For other countries, please contact AZ Abaya for accurate processing times. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

 

2. Shipping Costs:

   - Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

   - Please note that different locations may have varying shipping costs.

 

3. Tracking Your Order:

   - Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

   - Please ensure that you provide a valid email address during checkout to receive your tracking information.

 

4. Address Accuracy:

   - It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information, including the correct shipping address and contact details.

   - AZ Abaya is not liable for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

 

5. Customs and Duties:

   - For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may be applied by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

 

6. Order Status Updates:

   - You will receive order status updates via email, including confirmation of your order, shipment tracking information, and delivery notifications.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at AZ Abaya. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. Please review our return policy below:

 

1. Returns:

   - We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, which means your return must reach us within this timeframe. note that packages delivered after these 14 days will not be accepted as returns. If you're returning from outside the Netherlands, be mindful of shipping times to ensure your return arrives on time.

   - To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with no damage , stains or smell and in its original packaging.

  - To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@azabayashop.com. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorisation.

 - Please note that returns sent without a completed return form will not be processed. To ensure a smooth return experience, please make sure to fill out the return form before sending your item back. 

 

2. Refunds:

   - Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

   - If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

- Please note that we only refund the cost of the items ordered. Shipping fees, taxes or duties will not be refunded. 

 

3. Return Shipping:

   - Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

   - We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items:

   - At this time, we do not accept exchanges.

   - Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective and are cleared with AZ Abaya.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

   - If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
