  • Can I return my abaya?
    You can return your abaya in the same condition that it was received in, with the tags still on and no damage, after receiving confirmation from info@azabayashop.com. When returning an item, AZ Abaya is not responsible for any products until they reach our warehouse. We highly recommend that you request a proof of shipment and tracking number, such as the Trace & Track Service, to ensure a secure and traceable return process. All products must be returned in the same quality in which they were delivered, with all tags still attached and must be returned to the warehouse within 14 days of receiving the items. The warehouse must receive the products in hand within 14 days, or a refund will not be given.
  • How to return an abaya?
    All returns must be approved by AZ Abaya. Please email info@azabayashop.com for more information. Please note that the return shipping costs are not covered by AZ Abaya.   • Can I exchange my abaya?
    No, unfortunately at this time, we do not offer an exchange policy. You must return the item and then order the new item through the website.
  • How do I choose the right size for my abaya?
    All abayas are a one-size fits all when it comes to width. They all fit XS to XL, it is only the length that changes. Please see the chart below to determine which size matches the correct length.
  • What materials are used to make your abayas?
    The materials used to make abayas can vary depending on the style and design. Please refer to the product description to see what type of fabric each abaya is made from.
  • How do I take care of my abaya?
    Hand Washing Only use cold water with a small amount of a mild detergent to clean your abaya. Don't soak your abaya for longer than 10 minutes and avoid scrubbing the areas that have beading or embroidery. Drying After washing, always air dry your abaya and avoid tumble drying it. This is because the heat and agitation of the dryer can wear out the fabric overtime and make it appear dull. If you hand wash your abaya, be sure to gently wring out the excess water before hanging it up to dry. Ironing It is best to steam or press your abaya using low heat. If you prefer to iron your abaya use a low heat and iron the abaya inside out to avoid any potential damage.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept credit cards, Apple Pay & PayPal for online purchases. To request a different form of payment, please contact us directly either by using the or emailing us at info@azabayashop.com.
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    You may be able to cancel or modify your order if it has not yet been processed. You will need to contact us directly either by using the contact form or emailing us at info@azabaya.com
  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order has been shipped, you should receive a tracking link via email from our shipping courier. You can use this link to track the status of your order on the shipping courier's website.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Shipping times may vary depending on your location and shipping method. If you are shipping an abaya within the Netherlands, shipping times are approximately 1 - 2 working business days. If you are shipping an abaya in Belgium or Germany, shipping times are approximately 2 - 3 working business days. If you are shipping an abaya outside of these locations, please contact us directly for accurate processing times at info@azabayashop.com.
