You can return your abaya in the same condition that it was received in, with the tags still on and no damage, after receiving confirmation from info@azabayashop.com. When returning an item, AZ Abaya is not responsible for any products until they reach our warehouse. We highly recommend that you request a proof of shipment and tracking number, such as the Trace & Track Service, to ensure a secure and traceable return process. All products must be returned in the same quality in which they were delivered, with all tags still attached and must be returned to the warehouse within 14 days of receiving the items. The warehouse must receive the products in hand within 14 days, or a refund will not be given.
All returns must be approved by AZ Abaya. Please email info@azabayashop.com for more information. Please note that the return shipping costs are not covered by AZ Abaya.
